AI Tool Drift (“we”, “us”) publishes independent reviews of AI tools. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- Contact form. When you message us through our contact form, we receive your name, email address, and message. We use this only to reply. We do not add you to any mailing list.
- Analytics. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which articles are read. This data is aggregated and not used to identify you personally.
- Server logs. Like every website, our host records standard request data (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting. These logs are rotated and deleted on a routine schedule.
Affiliate links and cookies
Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. These links may set a cookie from the affiliate network (for example, Awin) so the merchant can credit the referral. This does not change our rankings — see our affiliate disclosure. You can block or clear these cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We rely on a small number of service providers strictly to operate the site:
- Email delivery (Resend) — to deliver contact-form messages to our inbox.
- Hosting — to serve the website.
- Affiliate networks — only when you choose to click an affiliate link.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and similar laws), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to object to its processing. To make a request, contact us through our contact form and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
